Client was manually tracking certificate expiry dates, sending renewal reminders by hand, and removing expired users one by one — a fragile, time-consuming system with no room to scale.

What Was Built

  • Conditional certificate trigger: auto-issues on a passing score; routes near-pass failures to a retry path instead of a hard fail
  • Multi-step automated email reminder sequence that triggers before certificate expiry
  • Automatic user deprovisioning when a certificate expires
  • Full logic built in Zapier Copilot — includes automated calendar reminders to check and verify reports, compliance and accuracy
